Returns Procedure
In the event you have to return
any item to us for any reason, please contact us first
for a return reference number as without one we will
not be able to receive any items for return.
We, recommend that you return any items
via the Royal Mail Recorded service or other suitable
courier company.

My order got damaged in transit?
The best possible care is taken to
ensure your order is packed in the best and the most
secure way. Every order is packed individually and great
care is taken to make sure your purchase reaches you
in perfect condition.
If, for some reason, the item arrives
and seems to be damaged, contact us as soon as is practicable
after the damage is discovered and we will arrange a
replacement or a refund where applicable.
My order is incomplete?
Occasionally the warehouse may run
short of a product, if this occurs then the product
is 'back-ordered'. You would be notified of this prior
to your order being dispatched and given the option
to back order or have an alternative product instead.
Back-ordered products are shipped
to the customer at a later date, once the item has been
received back into the warehouse.
The product I ordered seems
to be faulty?
If your order arrives and it seems
to be faulty then call us in the first instance on
01689 850000 for a return reference number and provide
details of the fault. You may then be asked to return
it to us and we will organise a repair, replacement
or refund depending on the circumstances. Please include
with the package a copy of the return postage receipt
for the cost of the recorded delivery and we will organise
a refund for this upon receipt. Please note our return
policy does not cover any mishandling, misuse or wear
& tear or markers which have been re-assembled or
tampered with.
How do I return my product?
You are responsible for the product
until it arrives back at our returns depot. We therefore
reccomend that any returns are sent via a recorded mail
service.
The first thing you will need to do
is to give us a call to request a return reference number.
Once you have this, send the item to
the address below along with a copy of the invoice and
a cover note explaining the reason for returning the
item. Be sure to package the merchandise carefully as
any damages and/or breakages caused in transit, while
the product is being returned to us, may invalidate
the return policy.
Import duties and charges on International
returns?
If you need to return a product to
us for any reasons, please note it is the sole responsibility
of the customer to pay the full and correct potage,
including any import duties, customs and excise charges
and any other related costs when returning the product
to us. Items requiring payment of any unfulfilled charges
will be refused.
